Dr. Cathy Boyle is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), educated at Trinity College Dublin, with extensive clinical experience delivering one-to-one therapy and group interventions.

In recent years, she has also focused on designing and facilitating workshops that strengthen wellbeing, resilience, and performance; with experience spanning pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and government sectors.

Known for her integrative and humanistic approach, Cathy blends a multitude of psychological tools and methods, drawing on somatic awareness, emotion-focused and relational frameworks to help individuals and teams create meaningful, sustainable change.
